A good addition to the SBC series. Stacia is a good match for Harley and they make a good couple. I also enjoyed the secondary romance with Barber and Jasmine. Barber deserves a great woman of his own. It was good to catch up with characters from the preceding stories and learn of the new events happening in their lives, like Cam and Roger starting a family. I would recommend this story to any adult reader who enjoys great chemistry between the main characters.

I was so excited to get this book. Being a huge fan of Lori's I knew I would be in for a treat...and what a treat it was! This story was great! From the first page, she drew me into the lives of Harley Handleman and Anastasia Bradely....better known as Stacia.The connection between these two was instant. Her ability to put him in his place when he needed it was great.Their relationship was fun to watch grow and deepen and root for. With alot of catching up on the characters from her previous books of Simon Says and Causing Havoc and getting to peek into their lives more was wonderful. Barber meets his match as well which pleased me so much. Cannot praise this book enough. If you don't already own it..go get one now. You will not be sorry.

Great book
In Hard to Handle, Harley is recouping from a hurt elbow when he runs into his land lady Anastasia trying to chop wood. Later on in the book Stasia is trying to help Harley with some things going on in his life. By the end of the book both have fallen for each other and finally figure out what has been going on behind the scenes.
Harley Handleman has built his entire life to the end goal of being the SBC extreme fighting champion. He has been close, but life always interferes with his plans. After his latest disappointment, he rents a remote cabin to rehab and get his head together.

Life Coach Anastasia Bradley is Harley's landlord. They have met in passing several times, but after an unexpected encounter, he is seeing her in a new light. She is reluctant to get involved with him because his womanizing ways are legendary. Women flock to him, and she is determined not to be one of them.

When an attempt is made on Stasia's life, Harley makes it his mission to keep her safe. While he refuses her help to gain focus and get his life in order, she inadvertently has an effect on him.

I liked this book - well written! Harley is all alpha male, strong and sexy. Stasia is also strong, focused, and unpredictable. I really like that she doesn't fall at his feet, and remains her own person. That is sometimes difficult to do when surrounded by such a commanding presence like Harley. I also am glad that Barber, Dean, Eve, and the gang were involved in the story. It wouldn't be the same without them.
Omg! Ok, so I liked Harley in the previous book. He was so charming with Dakota and likable. In this one, he seemed more, I don't know, stand-offish? He just wasn't as charming to me. BUT the story was still good. I also liked that we got more of Barber in this book. However, I kind wish he got his own book. But I still like where it went.
Between this one and Simon Says. It's so hard to pick a favorite. It's doesn't matter how many times I read this series I get hellacited to read it that I just can't put it down. Amazing and epic!
